Storage & retention
We keep things simple: your work belongs to you, your purchases stay with your account, and we only hold on to files for as long as they're useful. Retention is based on the type of document — not your plan.
Raw uploaded CVs
Processed in your browserFiles you paste or upload are parsed locally on your device. We don't store the original document on our servers.
Draft & working versions
Kept for 60 daysAuto-saved snapshots from the builder are retained for 60 days so you can roll back. After that they're automatically removed to keep your workspace tidy.
Final exported PDFs
Kept long-termEvery PDF you pay to export is linked to your account. You can re-download the same version for free, any time — no extra credit charge.
Projects you delete
Removed immediatelyDeleting a project from your workspace removes it, along with its drafts and export history, right away.
Account, credits & purchases
As long as your account is activeCredit balances and purchase receipts stay with your account so you can review and reuse them whenever you need.
You stay in control
- • Try the builder as a guest — sign in only when you want to save, buy credits, or download a PDF.
- • Everything you save, buy, or export is tied to your signed-in account.
- • Delete any project at any time from your workspace.
- • We won't make files vanish without warning — automatic cleanup only applies to old drafts past the 60-day window.
