Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire — use them whenever you need them.

Can I re-download my CV for free?

Yes. Re-downloading the exact same saved PDF version is always free. You're only charged when you download a new or updated version.

Do I need a subscription?

No subscriptions, ever. You only pay for the credits you buy.

When do I pay?

You only pay when you click download on a final PDF. Everything before that — including AI analysis and rewriting — is free to preview.

Which currencies can I pay in?

We support GBP, USD, and EUR. We auto-select a currency based on your locale, and you can switch above the pricing cards. Your card may convert if it's in a different currency.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe with full PCI-DSS compliance. We never see or store your card details.
